Refund policy

We want you to love your Kickvention gadgets. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Email hello@kickvention.com with your order number to start one.

Damaged or defective items Email hello@kickvention.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to ship the item back.

Refunds Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. We'll send the return address once your request is approved.

Order cancellations Cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
