Shipping policy

At Kickvention, we want you to know exactly what to expect when you order.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a separate email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping time Shipping takes 3–5 business days within the United States. Estimated delivery windows are also shown at checkout and on each product page.

Shipping costs Free standard shipping on all US orders. (Swap this for a flat rate or threshold if you decide otherwise later.)

Tracking Every order ships with tracking, sent to your email once it's on its way.

Delays Shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs processing, carrier issues, or high order volume. We'll keep you updated if that happens to your order.

Lost or missing packages If tracking shows delivered but it hasn't arrived, or it's been stuck for more than 10 days, email hello@kickvention.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.
